This hotel stay was a part of a longer road trip from CA to TN, second stop, and it was by far the best stay with its location, amenities, and room. My boyfriend, his dog, and I felt welcome and safe. The room itself was a large one, and it's located near lots of eateries and shopping. We couldn't explore, but we really enjoyed our time in our very large room!

Pool is great you can see through the water so you know that it’s clean and not foggy, the whole hotel is probably the cleanest in Amarillo. I spent hours looking for the right hotel to stop at on the way to Colorado, this one is priced great at $118a night. I need to add another thing I like about this hotel is the shampoo and conditioner and shower gel it has the big pumps on the wall. this shampoo and conditioner is amazing on my hair, I’ve had other hotel soap, and they ruin my hair. The shower water pressure is really great. Only Con I would give this hotel, is that on the wall the ac/heat control panel light stays on all night, I covered it up with a hand towel, and that worked fine.

Wonderful Hotel. Staff is so friendly and efficent. We are not here for a pleasure trip, family member in the ICU. We could not ask for anything better. Compassionate staff, quiet hotel and peaceful. Thank you so much for being so accommodating in our sad time. Breakfast is great! Fresh and so many choices. Clean rooms and very comfy cozy beds!!! A++++ for this Hotel and staff!!!

Overnight stay in December our way to ABQ. Spacious rooms and awesome service. The front desk lady (missed asking her name) ensured our stay was comfortable. Made sure there were enough towels in the pool as we were using it late night. Breakfast spread was also good. Highly recommend.

Just rolled in after midnight with my wife and kids and the check-in process via the app was seamless. I texted the hotel to make sure we’d have bedding for the couch pull-out beforehand. Not only was the bedding there but the bed was pulled out and made. Never had such good service before. Thank you!!! It was nice to lay our sleeping kids directly into bed.

This is one of the newer Hyatt place layouts with faux wood floors instead of carpet. We had a nice room on the top floor.. The only thing weird is that the heat takes a few minutes to come on..it blows ice cold until that happens. I was amazed by the service. I had some leftover food I wanted to eat from the big Texan. Unfortunately the refrigerator basically froze it ( the settings on the fridge were to it's highest level). I went downstairs to try to find a microwave. No luck... But when I asked one of the folks at the front desk they said no problem. A few minutes later my leftovers were not only warm but plated to eat by Jessica. I was just expecting them back in my leftover container, but she plated them. That was the nicest thing. Thank you so much for the great service. I will stay here again!

The girls at the desk made check in a breeze. They were professional and polite. The housekeeping crew in the morning were all smiles and extremely friendly. CC greeted us and asked if our stay was enjoyable and if there was anything else we needed. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was a great place to spend our night from a long drive.
